YouTube Strategy: Organic Growth and Lead Generation

The challenge was to boost the organic growth of a client’s YouTube channel, with the goal of generating a high volume of views and, at the same time, converting those views into qualified leads for the business.

My Role and Strategy

I was in charge of the organic growth of the YouTube channel. To develop a winning content strategy, I used Semrush and VidIQ to conduct in-depth keyword research. I identified relevant topics with a good balance of search volume and low competition, and I focused on creating “evergreen” content that not only attracted views consistently over time but was also optimized to convert the audience into leads. By focusing on these key keywords, I managed to position the videos in both the Youtube engine and Google’s organic search results.

The Results

The implementation of this strategy was a success. In just 8 months, we managed to achieve more than 10,000 organic monthly views. This approach allowed us to generate high-quality leads and position the content for important keywords on Google, not just within the Youtube engine.
