, by creating and launching over 14 local domains across Latin America. This initiative was complex due to the similar content across regions, which posed significant technical hurdles, including potential duplicate content issues and a strained crawl budget. The goal was not only to successfully position the new domains but also to ensure the overall organic traffic for the brand recovered and surpassed its previous levels.

My Role & Strategic Approach
As the leader of this project, my role was to architect and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy from a technical and content perspective. My approach was a blend of technical precision and strategic outreach, taking approximately 12 months to achieve impeccable results. Key actions included:
Advanced Indexing & Crawl Budget Management
To solve the duplicate content issues and force indexing on the new sites, I used Google’s Indexing API on each domain. This helped manage the crawl budget effectively, a critical step for websites with extensive, similar content.
Technical Audits & Structured Data
I conducted constant technical audits to ensure the sites had correct structured data and an impeccable PageSpeed score, a key factor in being competitive in each country. The Core Web Vitals
were consistently green, demonstrating the sites’ technical excellence.

Localized Content & Hreflang Implementation
I worked closely with the IT team to implement the hreflang tags correctly, a crucial step for local SEO. Additionally, I customized content for each region to better serve the local audience.

Strategic Backlink Acquisition
I developed a backlink strategy tailored to each country, using email marketing and offering site benefits. This initiative successfully increased the Domain Rating (DR) of the most important domains, building authority and improving our competitive position over time.
