The client faced a significant reporting challenge: the organic growth of their various local websites was difficult to track because there was no clear URL structure and data was fragmented across multiple platforms. The absence of a consolidated view made it slow and inefficient to make strategic decisions.

My Role & Strategic Approach
I solved this problem by designing and building a centralized dashboard in Looker Studio. My approach was to act as a bridge between raw data and actionable insights:
Data Consolidation
I integrated information from multiple sources, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, and custom Excel sheets, to create a single source of truth.

API Integration
I used the Semrush API to pull key data, such as authority growth and keyword rankings, directly into the dashboard, automating the reporting process.

Custom Reporting
The dashboard was tailored to the specific needs of the business, presenting a single graph that showed the organic growth of all local sites combined.
Strategic Insights
This tool allowed teams to analyze performance, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions without needing to navigate between different platforms.
The Results
The result was a powerful, all-in-one dashboard that streamlined the reporting process and improved operational efficiency. It provided a clear, visual representation of the overall organic performance, which was critical for strategic decision-making.
